After Topless Kate Middleton Goes Bottomless in Danish Magazine 'Se og Hør'

According to media reports the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton is in the middle of a yet another naked, not just topless, scandal after her topless photo fiasco. It seems like September is not her favorable month at all.

After Topless Kate Middleton Goes Bottomless in Danish Magazine 'Se og Hør'

Kate Middleton, wife of Prince Williams,  is certainly not going to be thrilled to know that shots purportedly of her naked bum are now making the rounds on the Internet courtesy to Danish celebrity gossip magazine, Se Og Hor (See and Listen)

The magazine published the photos in their 16-page special edition. In addition to the photos never published before by French 'Closer' magazine - the fruition of demands on this magazine - they also contained three photos of the Duchess of Cambridge changed bikini. The photo was taken from the front.

Taken with a very long lens the grainy images show Will slathering Kate's back and bottom with lotion as she pulls down her bikini.

Publishing of these latest bottomless pictures of Kate Middleton reignite privacy scandals surrounding the British Royal couple. The photos seem to have been captured illicitly during the same private French sunbathing session that produced the earlier topless pictures. Scans of the pages have surfaced on sites such as Egotastic.

Kim Henningsen, editor-in-chief of Se Og Hor, declined to say who sold the photos to them and how much they pay. Henningsen also said they not fear the threat of a lawsuit from the British royal family legal adviser.

"This is a unique collection of photographs of celebrities A. It is my duty to make it public,"
Henningsen said.

French Magazine Closer, which first published the photos, faced the consequences as they were threatened with a €100,000 ($128,000) fine. The magazine was ordered to hand over all of the photos as they are an invasion of privacy. Closer has the right to keep their photographer anonymous.

While this was a win for the Royal couple, it is too late to undo what was already seen. The photos went on to be published in an Italian magazine, an Irish newspaper, and they are floating around the internet for all to see.

VIDEO: Irish Photographer nicknamed 'Le Rat' behind the the Duchess Kate's topless photos

The magazine featuring topless pictures of the Duchess Kate might have been French, but it reveals that the man behind the biggest royal scandals of recent times is an Irish photographer.

Who took topless photos of the Duchess Kate? Nicknamed as 'Le Rat'.
The world now want to know the man on the other side of the camera who dare to snap topless Kate Middleton.
According to media reports; a freelance photographer, talking to France Metro newspaper on Friday, claims that he knows the identity of the photographer who photographed the topless pictures of the Duchess sunbathing while on trip with her husband, Prince William, at a secluded, private French chateau owned by Queen Elizabeth's nephew.
French celebrity photographer Pascal Rostain refused to indentify the lensman but still claimed: “In our small paparazzi world, we know who it is but obviously don’t say anything. I can just say it is an Irish national who lives in the south of France.”
Rostain added that the mystery Irishman in question stood to make quite a handsome bucks from the controversial pics as well.
"These photos were taken on the orders of Closer, who asked him to sit around for several days to take them," Rostain told further the newspaper.

Whoever the photographer is, he or she is being referred to as "Le Rat" by the London tabloids and could face a hefty $60,000 fine and one year in prison under French law, reported by ABC News.
The pictures first published last Friday in glossy French magazine 'Closer' and soon went worldwide, causing an international scandal in the process. Four additional publications, in Ireland, Denmark, Sweden and Italy, have since published the photos of Middleton, 30.

Pacific warriors gave the glamorous royal couple a warm welcome on Sunday as they landed in the capital Honiara as part of their nine-day Southeast Asian and Pacific tour marking Queen Elizabeth II’s Diamond Jubilee.

Tens of thousands of islanders again turned out to watch the royal couple as they toured a cultural village on their second day in the Solomon Islands.
Prince William, second in line to the British throne, and her gorgiuos wife Catherine were visiting a cultural centre in South Pacific when the decorative headpiece made from exotic frangipani and bougainvillea was placed on her head unexpectedly.

Catherine, wearing a Jaeger's yellow shirt-dress and LK Bennet heels, charmed Honiara locals, while her more subdued husband stood at her side.

Royal couple continued their trip as scheduled despite a row raged in Europe regarding topless photos of the Duchess published in French and Irish magazines on last weekend.

Prince William's spokesperson told the Sunday Mirror newspaper that they would not let the photographs ruin their trip.

Italian 'Chi' to publish topless Kate amid condemnation from royal family

Legal experts from Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton will reportedly appear in court in Paris tomorrow to prevent further publication of topless photos of the Duchess of Cambridge.

A spokesman for St James's Palace said. “It is the first airing and we will be seeking an injunction from them using the pictures and it will lead to a longer court case where damages will be sought.”

On the other hand; the Irish Daily Star – which published the Kate’s topless photos after French magazine - on Sunday offered its "deepest apologies" for publishing of private photos of the wife of Britain's Prince William but said it would resist efforts by its British partner to close the paper.

Italian magazine Chi also showed its intentions to publish a special edition featuring the Duchess’ topless photos tomorrow. If media reports are to be believed, to everyone’s surprise, Mondadori media group owned by Italy’s ex-PM Silvio Berlusconi owns both of the magazines - “Closer” and “Chi”.

The published photos have raised a question over privacy and freedom of the press once again, especially in Britain, where media could face new regulations after a series of publishing scandals.
