Kate Middleton: The Queen of Arts -- Duchess of Cambridge to Support British Art Institutions

  will be the "queen of the arts." The Duchess of Cambridge is about to offer support to many British art institutions, such as the Tate, National Gallery, National Portrait Gallery and the V & A, offering as "ambassador." Already in recent months, as she tells the Daily Telegraph, the wife of Prince William has met with various directors and curators of museums and public galleries.

"The Duchess has a deep interest in art and has very strong links with the artistic world and wants to give its support to the progress of this sector," said a court official. "This is meeting with people from all levels in art institutions to learn more about how an art gallery."

Kate Middleton certainly does not lack the curriculum. The Duchess has a particular interest in photography, she graduated with a thesis on the photographic work of Lewis Carroll (author of "Alice in Wonderland"), in 2001 he studied for three months Renaissance art at the British Institute of Florence and then subscribe to the St Andrew's. Finally, in 2007 he curated an exhibition of the photographer Alistair Morrison.
