LONDON, UK (Dec. 29) – Animal right activists hailed the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton for not participating in the annual pheasant hunting in the royal family, which usually takes place the day after Christmas.

League Against Cruel Sports Appreciated Kate Middleton for Not Being Part of Annual Royal Hunting
As a routine, the Royal family was present in the English estate of Sandringham in Norfolk for the usual hunting, but Kate chose not to be part of the expidition, thus attracting the favor of the League Against Cruel Sports.

"We are delighted that Kate has decided not to take part in the annual bloodbath," said a spokesperson.

The hunt for the day after Christmas was, as usual, organized by the Queen's husband Prince Philip, before being admitted to hospital for heart surgery during the holiday season.

Kate Middleton was flanked by two tuxedo-wearing princes Monday evening in London for The Sun's Military Awards, which honors British troops. The Duchess stood out in a stunning strapless Alexander McQueen gown, though a few familiar faces also managed to make their own stylish entrance — David Beckham brought his two eldest boys, Brooklyn and Romeo to the glamorous event.

Prince William and Prince Harry are both active military men, and the youngest royal brother seemed honored to speak to the crowd, saying, "Like my brother, I share many of the same hopes, the same aspirations to go on operations, and the same fears as all those who serve our Queen and country . . . So, to our amazing, brave families, I know I join every single service man and woman in saying from the bottom of our hearts, thank you."

Before hitting the red carpet this evening, the three young royals sat down with Queen Elizabeth for an annual pre-Christmas meal.

Artist Scott Wade Created Pippa Middleton's Famous Bum on a Filthy Windscreen of a Car

Pippa Middleton's famous bum has been immortalized on a filthy car.

Artist Scott Wade used a mix of limestone dust, gravel and clay on the car windscreen to recreate the derriere, which caused a global stir at the Royal Wedding in April, the Mirror reported.

Scott, teamed up with Confused.com to highlight the importance of cleaning your windscreen in winter, used a technique, similar to sand art, pushing the dirt around the glass to create the envied curves.

However, this is not the first time that Pippa's posterior has been daubed on a car.

The 27-year-old's butt has earlier, also been recreated in a giant mosaic of crumpets, while shortly after the royal marriage a driver of the Peugeot 206 was caught on camera driving through Birmingham with 'Is Pippa's Bum Still Better Than Mine???' daubed across the side of the car in white paint.

Kate Middleton and Prince Williams to Travel to South Pacific for Queen's Diamond Jubilee

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have finalized the plan to fly to Tuvalu - a group of islands in the South Pacific - with just 10,400 population.

'We are very proud of having the Queen as our head of state and were happily planning to celebrate her jubilee when this wonderful news came through,' says consul to the UK, Iftikhar Ayaz.

The Royal couple will also travel to Malaysia, Singapore and the Solomon Islands, but the dates are yet to be finalized.

Despite of the couple’s long trip; the visit to the 'small and faraway state' of Tuvalu is expected to create the most interest.

'As the islands that make up Tuvalu are very remote - some are 500km apart - the news will take a while to filter through,' Iftikhar tells the Daily Mail.

'But all of the residents will be delighted.'

As part of the celebrations for the Queen's 60 years on the throne, Prince Charles and Camilla will travel to Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea, while Prince Harry is to fly solo in Belize, Jamaica and the Bahamas.
